Uncle Five Coffee was proudly born in Johor Bahru — where the aroma of freshly brewed kopi fills the air and breakfast isn't just a meal, but a daily ritual. Rooted in the spirit of Nanyang cuisine, we serve hearty, soulful dishes that Malaysians have grown up with: wok-hei fried noodles, traditional kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs, and bold, full-bodied kopi.
We started with a simple idea — to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy familiar flavours that feel like home. Inspired by JB's vibrant food culture and the warmth of old-school coffee shops, Uncle Five blends nostalgia with quality, serving food that's honest, local, and made with heart.
At our core, we believe food should do more than satisfy hunger — it should spark memories, start conversations, and bring generations together around the table.
